My near-shore BPO / call-center website already follows most on-page SEO best practices, yet Google PageSpeed Insights keeps flagging slow load times. I’d like you to squeeze every millisecond you can out of the site—optimising images, scripts, caching or whatever else is needed—so core pages hit a healthy green score on both desktop and mobile. A few functionality updates are also pending (for example, tidying the quote-request form and making sure tracking pixels fire correctly), so those need to be rolled into the same sprint. Website is hosted on Squarespace, so knowledge of that site host is required.
