Bidders should have a demonstrated history and hands-on experience with scaling brands.

Bidders should be extremely up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and techniques.
Below are the intended deliverables:
1) Create customer avatar (persona analysis)
• Definition of Target Group and sub-groups
• Identification of the values, emotions, and motivations under each group
• Measure the current perception of each brand from these segments (leverage survey campaign with AI)
• Define the expectation towards each Brand from each segment
• Persona Analysis for each Cluster and segment
• Expected features of “product/service”.
2) Conduct in-depth marketing assessment/plan
• Analysis of the current communication offered to the market
• Analysis of competition landscape
• Analysis of the Channel and Customer Interaction Tools
• Analysis of the Tools and Technology Architecture and Eco-System
• Analysis of the culture, foundations, organization
• As-Is mapping of current organization, processes and Architecture (in relation with Digital Readiness)
3) Conduct GAP analysis
• Identification of the To-Be Scenarios on the different areas of Services, Channels, Technology, Organization
• Gap-Analysis considering As-Is vs. To-Be
4) Prepare strategy actions
• Identify strategic actions for execution
• Identify ideal mediums/channels of communication along with strategy for execution
5) Devise a priority matrix for actions
• Preparation of Risk Matrix to evaluate the areas which are most disconnected from the To-Be Scenario
• Definition of Action List of Quick Hit and Structural Fixes with high level estimation of Costs and benefits
• Prioritization of Interventions
6) Create a digital roadmap
• Discussion with the Team on the Action Lists and the proposed Roadmap
• Finalize the Roadmap and discuss Budget Options
7) Assess marketing budget requirements &
agencies for execution
• Conduct market assessment on agencies
• Conduct budget assessment on agencies
• Discuss Budget Options (overall budget / action-level budget)
