Digital Marketing Professional for Scaling Ads

I’m looking for an experienced digital marketing expert to help run and scale my ad campaigns across all major platforms. The right person will be able to generate a high volume of clicks, inbound calls, and qualified webform leads through targeted, optimized campaigns. You must have proven expertise in: Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) Google Ads (AdWords) Microsoft Ads (Bing) Native Ads (Taboola, Outbrain, etc.) Other performance ad networks Key Responsibilities: Build, launch, and manage ad campaigns across multiple platforms. Optimize creatives, copy, and targeting for maximum ROI. Scale campaigns to deliver consistent high lead volume at a sustainable cost per acquisition. Track and report performance, making adjustments to improve conversion rates. Provide insight into strategies that will grow lead flow and reduce acquisition costs. What I’m Looking For: Someone who has successfully run high-budget, high-volume campaigns. Deep understanding of compliance, ad policies, and lead generation funnels. Ability to manage multi-channel campaigns that drive real results. A data-driven marketer who knows how to test, analyze, and scale.
