FLORIDA DEFAMATION AND DIGITAL-FORENSICS ATTORNEY NEEDED – MONROE COUNTY I am seeking a sharp, experienced Florida-licensed attorney to evaluate and potentially handle a civil defamation matter in Monroe County, Florida. The matter arises from an existing lawsuit in which I was accused of uploading defamatory videos intended to damage the plaintiff’s reputation. A jury verdict was entered against me. However, an independent digital-forensic investigation conducted by Stacy Eldridge, a former FBI investigator, found no evidence establishing that the videos were uploaded by me, through my account, from my device, or from Florida. I believe this forensic evidence could have materially affected the outcome if it had been properly presented and explained during the trial. I need an attorney to: 1. Review the complete court record, pleadings, trial documents, judgment, appellate history, and applicable deadlines. 2.
