Delphi Vcl function to post update to facebook

I need a Delphi "Sydney" or community edition Vcl function which takes several parameters to post an update to Facebook. The function must support uploading an image or link (if that works). The facebook REST api uses OAuth2 for authentication. Authentication values are to be loaded from a .ini file.
You must have experience of using Delphi. Embarcadero have sample code which performs a different function. I will provide this download as a base for you to start from.
If you have experience of facebook, twitter or linkedin social media api's please explain what you have done previously.
Attached is the same function currently in use for posting to Twitter (without image upload).
Native Delphi components must be used. Advise is this is not possible.
The application that uses the function is Windows based.
