This project is to create an interface for reading the scanned barcodes in an Opticon OPN-2001 scanner. The SDK is provided in C. We need the ability to read the scanner, download the contents, and parse the contents of each barcode and date/time of the scan in a Delphi application. Opticon provides the C SDK at [login to view URL] The developer must have an OPN-2001 for testing the application, or (if in the United States) one might be able to be lent.

Hello, I'ma C/C++ Windows systems engineer who provides systems integration services, including Wrapper DLLs to wrapper around C SDKs such as this Opticon SDK, and expose them to Delphi, VB, C# etc. I've taken a look at it and it seems relatively straight forward, to create a DLL that your Delphi code can call, to utilise the SDK exposed inthe .LIB static library, provided in the SDK. Only issue is that you can't expect developers to have these sorts of custom devices in their homes !? :) and I certainly don't have one. If still interested, do send Me a message. Cheers D
