Active Directory data sync

We need to create a special AD sync tool for Controlio employee monitoring solution (Cloud/OnPrem, API is avaialble), it should:

-sync user friendly names from AD

-sync organizational tree (create or remove departments, move users between departments, create new users, delete old users according to AD changes)
