Good morning, I can create a simple access database for you with a single form that links to the table (which can be imported easily from Excel). The drop downs will be at the top of the form - and will show the make, year, model and category of the vehichle, or you can put in the Part # and press enter and the form will be filtered just on that part number. Not to sure what you mean by a list/gallery view but the drop down price - high to low, low to high etc can easily be achieved by adding a sort feature into the code. Kind regards, Mel
