We are a legal firm and use the Actionstep database to manage our client files. We are currently only using a fraction of the full potential of the database, and this is partly due to time investment involved in building up the system.
At the first stage of the project, we will need someone to help us to create numerous document templates using the mail merge functions. You will work with existing templates we are currently using and will be inputting the mail merge fields into the document so that when we later use them, the fields will automatically populate with the data that is already in the Actionstep database. Other templates will require more advanced mail merge field functions, like calculations. Knowledge of HotDocs will very valuable when we require templates that require an interview interface.

At the second stage of the project, we will require tailoring of the existing workflow that is already set up in Actionstep and customising it so that it will be suitable for our needs. This will be a mid term project, but will only be given to the candidate that shows best adaptability to the Actionstep system.
