We are looking for someone to take our Customers, and create a relational database. We have sales groups where we need to keep track of different sales groups and the employees under each producer group. We need to set commission schedules for each level of the group and be able to put notes about each employee and sales group by product line. We do not need any calculations done, but does to be able to report on who is each sales group and how much the group gets paid by product (percentage info.) and how much the employees or sales people get of each product sale (stated as a percentage). We need a notes field for each agent/employee and also a date stamp field for notes on each agent if we discuss anything regarding specific commission payouts. We have about 4 product lines and maybe we can have 1 Misc. product schedule. Our office has Microsoft Access on every desktop as well as Excel. I have attached a sample schedule now of what we have which is in excel. We need to capture more information and be able to report on the different sales people and sales groups.
