SQL Server Query Optimization

Several high-load queries on my SQL Server 2019 instance are slowing the entire application. I’m focusing on fine-tuning SELECT queries, INSERT/UPDATE statements, and some complex JOIN operations that hit two large tables (I’ll identify them and supply execution plans). You’ll receive read-only access to a masked copy of production plus a staging environment where you can test indexing, statistics updates, or rewritten T-SQL. Practical experience with SQL Server query tuning tools—Management Studio, Database Tuning Advisor, execution plan analysis—is essential. Deliverables: • Refactored or rewritten T-SQL for the targeted SELECT, INSERT/UPDATE, and JOIN queries • Concrete indexing or partitioning recommendations for the two highlighted tables, with explanations • Before-and-after execution plans or .sqlplan files demonstrating measurable performance gains All solutions must remain compatible with SQL Server 2019 and our existing codebase.
