MySQL 8.4 Data Optimization & Reporting

I’m looking for someone who can dive into an existing MySQL 8.4 Community Server database, scrutinise its current structure for hidden bottlenecks and design flaws, and then re-engineer it so we can pull clean, reliable information on demand. You’ll have access to our full SRS and we’ll work together remotely—screen sharing is fine—so you can see exactly how the standalone desktop app runs today. Once the schema review is complete, I’ll need a robust stored program (procedure or function) that joins data across several tables and builds a new view designed for aggregated statistical reports. A companion Python 3 script should automatically call that view, fetch the results, and push them straight into an Excel sheet that mirrors the layout in the diagram I’ll supply. No web front-end is involved; everything stays local on the workstation.
