R Statistical Data Visualizations

I have a set of statistical models and a pipeline to produce desired visualisations. Owing both to the older version of RStudio I have available to me and also my own limitations with R/RStudio, I am unable to run these as needed. (Disclaimer: A previous researcher on this project - a skilled and experienced data scientist - has already undertaken the bulk of this work) Here’s what I need from you: Simply adapt and run the files which I provide and return the visualisations. Happy to discuss exact requirements as needed.
