I maintain all of my transition data in a series of Excel spreadsheets and need it rolled up into a clear, automated dashboard each week. If you are comfortable working with Claude and can make the model do some of the heavy lifting—everything from data cleanup to narrative summary—this job should be straightforward. The core of the assignment is to visualise overall transition progress and call out any tasks that must be fast-tracked. I want three complementary views: • interactive graphs and charts that managers can scan in seconds • drill-down tables and lists for the project team • a brief summary report, ideally drafted with Claude so I can copy-paste it straight into our weekly update deck For now the only data source is Excel, but please build the workflow so it could later point at a database or cloud service without starting from scratch. A one-click refresh, clean layout, and the ability to adjust colour themes are important to me. Acceptance criteria 1. Dashboard connects to the supplied spreadsheets and refreshes without breaking formulas or links. 2. Overall progress percentage and “fast-track” task list are calculated automatically. 3. Three presentation formats above are generated in a single workspace or file. 4. Claude produces a coherent written summary that matches what’s on the charts. 5. All files, prompts, and setup steps are handed over so I can reuse them next week.

Hello, I specialize in Python automation, AI‑driven workflows, and Excel/BI dashboards, and your requirement to roll up weekly transition data into a clear, automated workspace aligns perfectly with my expertise. Approach: Connect directly to your Excel spreadsheets, preserving formulas and links while enabling one‑click refresh. Build a modular pipeline so the same workflow can later point to a database or cloud service without re‑engineering. Use Python + Power BI/Tableau (or advanced Excel dashboards) for interactive charts, drill‑down tables, and clean layouts with adjustable colour themes. Automate calculation of overall progress % and generate a fast‑track task list each refresh cycle. Integrate Claude for narrative generation: the model will clean data, highlight anomalies, and draft a concise weekly summary that mirrors the visuals—ready to paste into your update deck. Deliverables: Unified dashboard with three complementary views (graphs, tables, summary). Claude prompt library and scripts for data cleanup + reporting. Documentation and handover so you can reuse the setup weekly. Experience: Delivered AI‑powered reporting systems for health, finance, and operations teams. Strong background in Excel automation, BI dashboards, and LLM integrations. Proven ability to design scalable, secure workflows with clear governance. I’d be glad to discuss your current spreadsheet structure and preferred BI tool to tailor the dashboard precisely to your team’s needs.

Hi, I can build your weekly transition progress dashboard from Excel spreadsheets with automated refresh, interactive charts, drill-down task tables, fast-track task identification, and Claude-generated summary reporting. The best solution is to first review your Excel files, progress fields, task status rules, priority logic, weekly reporting format, and preferred dashboard style. I’ll then create a clean workflow that calculates overall progress, highlights delayed or high-priority tasks, and produces manager-friendly visuals plus project-team detail views. I’m comfortable with Excel, Power Query, Power BI/Excel dashboards, data cleanup, progress tracking, automation, charts, drill-down tables, reporting workflows, Claude prompt design, and AI-assisted narrative summaries. Deliverables will include: * Automated Excel data connection * One-click refresh workflow * Overall progress percentage * Fast-track task list * Interactive charts and graphs * Drill-down tables * Weekly summary report * Claude prompt/workflow setup * Adjustable colour/theme structure * Setup steps and reusable files I’ll focus on a clean, reusable dashboard that works from your current spreadsheets now and can later be extended to a database or cloud data source without rebuilding everything. Best regards Ankit

Hi, I can build this Excel based progress tracking dashboard with Claude assisted summaries and a clean weekly refresh flow. I have strong experience in data analysis, data visualization, Excel automation and dashboarding, and I can set up the workbook so the same structure can later connect to a database or cloud source without rework. Plan: 1. Clean and roll up your transition sheets into one model. 2. Build the 3 views you need: manager charts, team drill down tables, and a weekly summary draft. 3. Add one click refresh, fast-track task logic, and theme friendly layout. 4. Share all files, prompt text, and simple usage steps for reuse next week. For the Claude part, I will structure the prompt so the summary stays aligned with the charts and is easy to paste into your deck. This is an hourly task, and my rate is 2500 INR/hr as per the project budget. I can start right away. If you want, I can first review one sample spreadsheet and confirm the dashboard structure before full build. Best, Anil K

I already build exactly this: Claude cleans messy Excel, computes progress, drafts the weekly summary, and the dashboard rebuilds on one click. Here is the exact pipeline I would hand you: 1. Ingest: your workbooks load as-is. Nothing inside your files changes, so formulas and links never break. 2. Claude layer: data cleanup, overall progress percentage, and the fast-track list are computed automatically on each refresh. The model drafts the written summary from the same numbers, so charts and narrative always agree (your acceptance criterion 4). 3. Three views in one workspace: manager charts scannable in seconds, drill-down tables for the project team, and a copy-paste summary for your weekly deck. 4. One-click refresh, adjustable colour themes, and a clean handover: every file, prompt, and setup step documented so you can rerun it yourself next week. Built so the input can later point at a database or cloud service without a rewrite. This is not theory. I run my own company on an internal dashboard wired the same way: automated data pulls with an AI-drafted daily brief on top. I work at AI speed: you will see the first manager view plus a Claude-drafted summary from your real data within a day of receiving a sample workbook. Send one spreadsheet and your colour preferences and I will start today.

Hi there, I'm a web developer based in Zadar, Croatia, specializing in data automation and Claude integration. Your project is exactly the kind of work I enjoy—turning spreadsheet chaos into actionable intelligence. Here's what I'll deliver: 1. Three complementary views: executive charts, detailed drill-down tables, and a Claude-generated summary ready to paste into your weekly deck 4. A scalable workflow documented so you can swap Excel for a database later without rebuilding 5. Customizable color themes and clean, intuitive layout I'll set this up modularly so you own everything—all files, prompts, API integration, and setup steps. No vendor lock-in. I'm newer on this platform and building my reputation, so I'm offering milestone-based delivery with free revisions until you're genuinely satisfied. You pay only when it works for you. I can turn this around quickly. Let's discuss your exact data structure and timeline. Looking forward to partnering with you.

Your acceptance criteria fit a controlled first milestone. I propose one Excel-to-dashboard workbook at INR 2,500/hour, with the first build capped at 12 hours and delivered within five business days after receiving sanitized spreadsheets plus the definitions for progress and fast-track. I have built an offline sample from synthetic transition data: a four-sheet workbook with formula-driven weighted progress, a fast-track list, drill-down task register, native charts, validation rules, a model-ready weekly-summary prompt, and a handover sheet. It has no live Claude or database connection yet, and it is not a claim of a prior paid deployment. The milestone passes when: (1) your sample files refresh without broken formulas or links, (2) five agreed cases produce the expected progress and fast-track results, (3) chart and summary figures reconcile, and (4) prompts and setup steps are handed over. Which fields decide a fast-track task in your process: due date, status, priority, or a combination?

Hi. Weekly rollup from Excel into one dashboard, with Claude writing the summary paragraph — that is the kind of thing I build, and the acceptance criteria you listed are the right ones. Here is my approach. Your spreadsheets stay exactly where they are and stay the source of truth. A refresh script reads them, recalculates overall progress percentage and the fast-track list from rules we agree on, and regenerates one self-contained dashboard file: charts at the top for managers to scan, drill-down tables underneath for the team, and the written summary at the bottom. One command or one double-click, nothing to re-point and no formulas or links touched inside your workbooks — the reason your links break with most dashboard tools is that they write back into the source, and this does not. The reader that pulls your data sits behind a thin layer, so when you later move to a database or a cloud service you swap that one piece and the rest keeps working. Colour themes live in a small settings block at the top of the file, not scattered through the code. For the summary I hand you the actual prompt, fed the same numbers the charts use, so the text cannot drift from what is on screen. You get the prompt file, the refresh script, the dashboard, and a short setup guide, so next week is yours to run without me. Free first step: send one of the transition spreadsheets, or a trimmed copy with the real column names, and I will send back the progress calculation and the fast-track list computed from your own rows so you can check the numbers before you commit to anything. 4500 INR, 3 days from the moment I have a sample file. Weekly Excel rollups break for a boring reason. Someone renames a column, inserts a row, or types a date as text, and the dashboard quietly keeps showing last week's number. You find out in the management meeting. Any build that does not validate the sheet before loading it will do this to you eventually. I build data pipelines and LLM systems: structured extraction with schema validation, Postgres, scheduled jobs, and dashboards on top. A written summary is exactly what a model does well once it is fed clean validated rows instead of a raw sheet. For this: an ingest step that checks each sheet against an expected schema and tells you precisely what broke, then your three views. Charts managers can scan, drill down tables for the project team, and a summary you can paste straight into the deck. One click refresh, adjustable colour themes. The data source sits behind an adapter, so pointing it at a database later is a config change rather than a rewrite. What I will not pretend: this is a focused internal tool, not a product with logins and user management. I would rather ship one thing that runs correctly every week than four that half work. I have capped my first week at 10 hours on purpose. Send me one week's spreadsheet export and the first thing you get back is the validated output, so you can confirm the numbers are right before I build a single chart.
