Use data analytics and app development to create feature in to be implemented into a larger app

We need help developing an app that uses flight data (flight number, origin, destination, arrival time, check-in timing, arrival exit timing) to connect individuals at the airport allowing them to swap bags. Requirments: Pull in all flight details present and future Use that data to optimise connections between individuals based off when they arrived and depart Enable this feature to be installed into larger app in the future Utilise all flights both international and domestic world wide I have attached mock up of user input fields below to give an indication of process.
