We are a professional London based facilities management company who offers
diversified services, tailored as per the needs of our customers, ranging across all
property types in the entire UK.
We are looking for an excel expert and have experience working on excel dashboards, macros, and managing payroll software.
You should be an expert in Excel and Gsheets and have a good knowledge of Xero payroll software and should be able to show previous work and projects.
You should have advance excel skills and maintain all company sheets.
Manage company payroll and Holiday pay calculation
Experience with macros and creating a dashboard, assorting data as of required
Should well aware of UK Payroll policies.
Experience in Xero is a plus
Open to new ideas
Should be able to manage your own workflow
You should be available for up to 8 hours each day from Monday to Friday and will be paid at the end of each month.
This is a full-time role with an opportunity to grow and manage your own team in the future. You will be responsible to manage all the company sheets, come up with new ideas and systems to make things efficient, and create a new dashboard for us.
