I want to build an online customer database that will help me manage my customers. The database should meet the following specs:
1. Be password protected online
2. Allow me to create individual customer records
3. These records should have several predetermined fields and several customizable fields including, but not limited to, customer shipping information, customer billing information, product ordered, date ordered, sku, salesperson, payment method, date shipped, date arrived, etc.
4. There should be a time/date stamp field that can be updated at any time with future customer interaction.
5. There should be custom fields that can be added/updated/edited at any time.
6. The customer database should be downloadable.
7. I should be able to populate the database with an excel spreadsheet upload.
8. I'm sure there are other things that are needed. I will need someone who can work with me on an ongoing basis at a set rate once the initial project has been completed.
