I want to set up an automation either via Zapier or [url removed, login to view] with the following workflow:
i want to manage my users' applications with trello with automated e-mails from mailchimp. currently, they apply via instapage landing page.
so the process would be:
1. get application basic data (first name, last name, e-mail) from instapage to trello and mailchimp (i can do the basic transfer via zapier webhook; however, it might have to be adjusted to work correctly for the following process)
2. all new applicants will get a welcome message (can do that by my own via mailchimp)
3. NOW, the challenging part:
i have a trello board for the applicants. in this board, i have lists for the different status (e.g. lists "new", "denied", "invitation", ...). In step 1, a card should have been created in list "new". Now, after reading the application, I move the trello card manually into list "invitation" (for example). Now, i want that this information goes to mailchimp and an automated e-mail is sent (i assume the customer will have to be updated to a different email list?).
4. Now, after a few days and talking to the customer, i decide to welcome him in my team, so i move the trello card into another list "welcome" (example). again, i want an automated email to be send to the customer.
So i need a way to have particularly trello and mailchimp communicate correctly, in order to have automated e-mails sent depending on where i move the trello card (i.e. in which list of the board).
