We are looking for a full/part--‐time,commission base ($200 per deal close) VA to assist us. Must be available Monday thru Saturday 7:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Eastern Standard Time U.S.A ! We will take care of you! **Responsibilities Include** • Screening buyer and seller leads daily • Coordinating paperwork and closings • Running Comparable sales and determining value. • Understanding my buying criteria & recommending a course of action’ • Receiving inbound calls and making outbound calls (I'll provide the call script) • Important: post ads on classified ads about marketing properties (need right now), you know about how to input html.
