I am looking for someone to fill the following roles:
* Calling utilities to field information on my company's behalf. You will need to be able to speak English well, have a computer, Microsoft Excel, and be able to email imaged documents and data files to me.
* Entering Data in Spreadsheets - 12 month electric, water and gas histories. I'll show you where the data goes and give basic training but you must be able to catch on quick and communicate in English well.
* Follow up with utilities regarding outstanding items or rate changes.
* As we go forward, I may extend responsibilities to include analytical work involving utility rates for people that have good math skills. However, I'll have to feel very comfortable with someone before doing so.
Bottomline, you'll need a computer, speak and understand English very well, ability to call in the U.S. at your expense (voip phone etc), have Microsoft Excel, be able to dowload Efax viewer (not a big deal-really), understand and catch on quickly to tasks. I'll need quick turnaround 1 to 2 days on many tasks.
I am looking for quotes that include hourly and/or monthly fees for full time efforts (40 hours weekly). We'll probably start off hourly until I am comfortable with the individual at which time we'd move to a fixed monthly fee. Good growth and steady income potential with this position.
