Merging data from multiple excel sheets into one sheet - repost

I have an excel workbook with 5 tabs. I need the data in tabs 2 through 5 merged into the data set on tab 1 so that all the lines of the data related to one person are on the same line. There are two columns of data that are common across all five data sheets (first and last name) that can be used to match data. This is NOT a simple "sort" and cut and paste job because not every data sheet has the complete set of data. Someone familiar and comfortable with vlookup may be able to merge first and last name together in each sheet and use vlookup to make this happen quickly. I want all the data from tabs 2 through 5 moved over to tab 1 and assigned to the correct person. I will send the file to the top candidates so you can review but as point of reference there are approximately 1,600 rows of data in tab 1 and approximately 8 columns of data. Again, there are two columns of data (first name and last name) in each sheet that are common - if you know how to merge two columns into one this gives you a unique column across the 5 sheets to link on.
