Manually check if websites is appropriate on a monthly basis

This project is about checking a number of webpages and list the ones that is in violence of Google Adsense Content policy (view attached file):
On the first day of every month you will get a csv-file with 250 sites (I have attached sample file). Review the sites quickly and list the sites that is in violence of Google Adsense Content policy in a txt-file (sample attached)
I want the txt-file delivered latest on the 5th of every month.
Many of the "proper" sites will reuccur every month, so if you have a system for it you won't have to check them again.
You bid should be a total sum for 12 months work. If I am satisfied the project can be prolonged or/and extended.
You will be paid monthly.
I am looking for a low-cost but reliable supplier. Maximum bid in $300 for a year.
