Filemaker Pro 9 Database for Service tracking. We take equipments from customers for repair. Its collected at one of our five collection centers and then sent to central service centre for repair. Its either repaired there or sent to manufacturer for repair depending on the load. After repaired it is sent back to the collection center. If there is a charge for out of warranty equipment then a bill is raised.
A Manual service form filled with all details and sent to Central service centre along with equipment. Single database to run at the central serivce centre to record every service that comes in and goes out. Report that are of interest are pending service report. Average repair time.etc.
