This project deals with daily data extraction. The freelancer will receive several dozens daily emails containing web-pages with highlighted data, regarding new job openings in the UK.
The freelancer should do the following for each new position in these emails:
1. Copy relevant text data (such as company name, position title, description) - up to 10 fields.
2. Paste these 10 fields into an Access 2000 form.
3. Choose the appropriate category for the position (up to 5 categories).
4. Save the data (a button click which saves the data and sends its details by email automatically).
1. Access + Outlook 2000 (or higher).
2. Ability to check the incoming emails and process them at least twice a day.
3. Good English - a MUST.
The approximated time for handling 1 posting/db record/outgoing automated email is up to 1 minute. Your bid should be for handling 1000 such outgoing positions/records.
