You will begin by analysing current PAV logs and network traffic, identify the root cause of the sync failures, implement a robust remedy, and then validate that every workstation stays in step with the server after the fix. Although the primary scope is troubleshooting, I am open to any minor network-security or installation adjustments you discover are essential for a long-term solution. Deliverables • Diagnostic report outlining the cause of the sync issue • Implemented fix with configuration changes or patches clearly documented • Post-repair verification showing successful, error-free synchronisation across all user endpoints • A concise guide so our in-house team can repeat the process if needed Acceptance criteria: zero sync errors over a 48-hour monitoring window and full alignment of transaction data on each machine.
