Organize Text Messages Spreadsheet

I have roughly 150 text messages captured as PDFs and phone screenshots. They belong to four or five separate conversation threads, and I need each thread transcribed into its own Excel spreadsheet as soon as possible for an upcoming court date. Here’s what I expect on every sheet: • Columns in this exact order: Date, Time, To, From, Subject (if visible), Full Message, Photo? (Yes / No), Embedded Photo, Source Page #, Notes. • All rows sorted strictly chronologically. Please use the MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM format so the timeline is crystal-clear in court. • When a message contains an image, embed that image directly into the “Embedded Photo” cell—no hyperlinks or file paths. • If the screenshot or PDF shows a page or slide number, add it to the “Source Page #” column. • Leave the Notes column empty unless you need to flag something unreadable or missing. I’ll supply the PDFs and screenshots grouped by thread; you return one clean .xlsx file per thread plus a master workbook that combines them all. Accuracy and legibility matter more than speed, but I do need a fast turnaround. If you have experience preparing exhibits or evidence logs, that’s a huge plus.
