HubSpot CRM is already in place, but it isn’t yet connected to the rest of my workflow. I need it configured so every new prospect that enters the system is captured as a clean contact record and automatically placed in the correct deal stage, giving me full visibility of where each lead sits in the pipeline. Key goals • Contact management – all existing and future contacts organised with consistent properties, tags, and lifecycle stages. • Lead tracking – a clear pipeline that updates in real time, with deal milestones, automated task reminders, and simple reporting dashboards. Scope of work – Review my current data sources and map required fields into HubSpot CRM. – Set up custom properties, deal stages, and views that match my sales process. – Configure any native HubSpot automations needed to keep contact and deal information current (e.g., automatic lead assignment, follow-up tasks when stages change). – Test the flow by pushing a handful of sample leads through every stage, confirming data accuracy and reporting. – Provide a short hand-off document or recorded walkthrough so I can maintain the setup confidently. Everything must be accomplished within HubSpot’s own tools—no external add-ons are mandatory at this stage—so deep familiarity with HubSpot CRM settings, workflows, lists, and reports is essential. Once the integration is complete and the sample tests pass, the project is done.
