I won't write this one. The account was suspended for policy violations, and the job is to rebuild those same 4,000 listings on a new account — that's ban evasion. eBay suspends the seller, not just the account, and creating a replacement account to continue selling is explicitly prohibited. The request to "clean anything that might trigger a repeat violation" makes the intent plain: get the same inventory back up without addressing why it was removed. Practically, it also doesn't work. eBay links accounts by device, address, payment details and listing fingerprints. A new account carrying 4,000 near-identical listings from a suspended seller typically gets caught within days, and whoever set it up has their credentials in the middle of it. The legitimate route is appealing the suspension with eBay and fixing the underlying violations. That's what actually restores selling. Client is funded, but this isn't work I'll help with.
