I'd write a Python scraper (requests/Playwright) that walks the search flow, handles the captcha step, and pulls owner name/address, property description and transaction history into a clean Excel with one row per record. Before doing the full run I'd deliver a sample of 20-30 records so you can check accuracy and column layout, then we scale. IGRSUP still runs its search page as classic ASP.NET WebForms, viewstate and postback, so a query isn't a clean URL you can GET, it's a stateful sequence: pick district, then tehsil, then village or mohalla from cascading dropdowns, submit, clear the captcha, and only then does the result table render server side. A lot of scrapers choke right there because they try to hit it like a REST endpoint instead of replaying the actual session. I'd build this as a small extraction engine rather than a one-off script tied to a single pull. Search parameters, district, tehsil, period, document type, go in as a list. The engine drives the portal's real flow for each one, keeps session state across the cascading selects, and handles the captcha step so a batch doesn't die on the first prompt. Owner name, address, property description and transaction history get parsed off the result table into structured rows and written to Excel with consistent columns, so batch one and batch ten line up the same way and re-running for a new set of villages is just feeding it a new list, not retyping the whole thing. M1: search flow end to end for one district, captcha handling working, 31875 INR, 1 day. M2: full field extraction and pagination across result pages, 38250 INR, 2 days. M3: Excel export with consistent columns plus the reusable batch input format, 31875 INR, 1.5 days. M4: testing across multiple districts and tehsils, edge cases in the result table, handoff, 25500 INR, 1.5 days.
