This job is for a part time position of virtual assistant.
This job entails the following daily and weekly duties:
*Daily Order Review (to check for un-delivered orders, and then submit them)
*Weekly / Monthly Sales Review and Report
*Tracking sales in a google sheet
*Organizing Customer Emails
*Responding to customer emails
*Customer outreach for orders not delivered
*Working with escalated requests from live chat agent
Estimated time per day = 2-5 Hours
REQUIREMENTS: Need to be available during partial hours of PST (Los Angeles) Work Hours. We can discuss what hours tasks are done each day.
This position is long term and will become a full time job within 3 months if you can show good work and commitment to the organization and it's customers.
