U.S. Test Center Secret Shop Audits (Liberty Lake, WA)

We are hiring an individual as auditor to inspect and audit partnering test center in Liberty Lake, Washington Job Details: As part of the Secret Shop, you will inspect a testing facility by posing as a candidate scheduled for a test. Your responsibilities will include checking and photographing the facilities at the center and completing specific tasks, such as attempting to bring a cell phone and a piece of paper into the test room as a form of misconduct. This is to assess whether the Test Proctor detects these items during the pre-test check or notices them during the test, and how they respond. After completing the audit, you will need to fill out a report with pictures and details and submit it. Duration: Approximately 2 hours per audit at each center, plus around 30 minutes for report completion. Payment: $225 per audit/center. The payment is negotiable if you can cover audits in multiple locations from the list below Payment includes report submission and will be made upon approval of the submitted report. Requirements: - Proficiency in English. - Ability to take clear photographs of the facility. - Experience updating a Word Document template with pictures and details of the center. - Residing in or near the location and willing to travel to the respective center locations you are willing to audit. Note: No travel reimbursements will be provided.
