I need a Montreal-based expert to turn a plain Microsoft Word file into a guided project framework that walks users through a series of form-driven steps. Each stage must lock itself until the preceding one is fully completed and signed off through embedded approval forms, ensuring a controlled, auditable flow from start to finish. Within every step you will insert professional form fields (text, dates, dropdowns, checkboxes) and weave in dynamic content so the document thinks for itself: tables should auto-update totals as data is entered, entire sections should show or hide based on conditional logic, and interactive elements should keep the experience intuitive even for non-technical users. Although digital signatures or tracked-change reviews could be explored later, the first version has to rely on the internal approval forms you build so we can maintain a simple, self-contained process. Deliverables • A master .docx template with all form fields, conditional formatting rules, auto-calculating tables and interactive components fully tested • A short user guide explaining how reviewers approve each stage and how new projects are initiated from the template I’m prepared to walk through the workflow in detail and provide sample content as soon as you’re ready to start.
