We are a company looking for a qualified individual's to help with writing task such as -data entry -excel work -Microsoft word work -short stories -movie scripts -sales scripts -articles and more JOB DUTIES INCLUDE: -Data transfer from jpeg files to excel. -Data entry from jpeg files to Microsoft word. -Draft and create consumer content for lifestyle and health related websites. -Brand messages with reaching a large online audience. -Research new products and services with the relation of the consumers You'll have the opportunity to work big name companies and popular websites in several riches from news , geography , sports and others. QUALIFICATIONS: -High School Graduate or qualified with an interest in data entry and other publication. -Ability to manage multiple projects. -Experience with Microsoft office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel , Outlook) -Internet access / Online access This is a part-time and full-time job,depending on your availability. Hours flexible from 5 - 40 hours per week. Travel is not required Pay is discussed via communication after application process.

at work i am dealing with a very similar task on a daily basis validating documents so being well trained in the sphere with 100% attention to details - i believe will be the best doing the job - better if all details of the job are provided by the end of Friday - to have it done by Monday during weekends

The more details the better. Below is a short resume of my daily tasks and responsibilities as a full time employee, which is the reason to only deliver 20 hrs/week as a part time for you: - Plan and coordinate project scheduling, filing, archiving and drawings maintenance; - Manage the project staff by facilitating project logistics such as meetings, conference rooms, conference calls, webinars, training, etc.; - Take meeting minutes and action items during meetings and perform document control and follow-up; - Manage the FTP site for external users, grant access and control it in order to assure the safety of information uploaded and its accuracy; - Manage the purchasing/ordering of the entire business; - Lead the development of presentations and marketing materials; -Update and assist in writing SOPs and a variety of the field's concepts, practices, policies and procedures; - Manage the website of the company, in charge of all content updates, monthly traffic reports, data maintenance and analytics; - Manage all projects in development and business in development operational tasks; - Report to the project director, president and general manager and the board of the company.
