Below is a short resume of my daily tasks and responsibilities as a full time employee, which is the reason to only deliver 20 hrs/week as a part time for you:
- Plan and coordinate project scheduling, filing, archiving and drawings maintenance;
- Manage the project staff by facilitating project logistics such as meetings, conference rooms, conference calls, webinars, training, etc.;
- Take meeting minutes and action items during meetings and perform document control and follow-up;
- Manage the FTP site for external users, grant access and control it in order to assure the safety of information uploaded and its accuracy;
- Manage the purchasing/ordering of the entire business;
- Lead the development of presentations and marketing materials;
-Update and assist in writing SOPs and a variety of the field's concepts, practices, policies and procedures;
- Manage the website of the company, in charge of all content updates, monthly traffic reports, data maintenance and analytics;
- Manage all projects in development and business in development operational tasks;
- Report to the project director, president and general manager and the board of the company.
