Scrape in-play odds from betting sites and compile into searchable database

We need you to scrape 2 betting websites. It will have the following components: • Build a scraper that can pull data from each of the 2 websites • Scraper should be run on all soccer and NFL matches available on both sites • Data should output to a database • The data must be pulled 'in-play', and simultaneously at the same time from each site, thus producing parallel data. We need you to complete this using Python/Postgres. Websites to be scraped • [login to view URL] • [login to view URL] or [login to view URL], whichever is easier to scrape data from Type of data to be scraped: • From betfair, must pull Asian handicap odds. Take the data every 5 seconds and log each asian handicap market available, capturing the 'Back' and 'Lay' prices, and putting them into a database, with a column for each asian handicap market at that time. Should go up a minimum of one/down one goal per column for each team, starting at 0.5 intervals, For e.g. Man utd vs Arsenal: 12:00:00 Man utd -2.5 goals back odds, Man utd -2.5 goals lay odds, Man utd -1.5 goals back odds, Man utd -1.5 goals lay odds, Man utd -0.5 back odds, Man utd -0.5 lay odds, Man utd +0.5 back odds, Man utd+0.5 lay odds, Man Utd +1.5 back odds, Man utd +1.5 lay odds, Man utd +2.5 back odds, Man utd +2.5 lay odds, etc etc And similarly; the same odds will be available for Arsenal must be logged. In each case, the data should be logged in this order: Time/Team A's asian handicap odds/Team B's Asian handicap odds • From sporting index/spreadex, must take the spread between two teams. On spreadex known as the 'Supremacy market. The market will indicate which team this is terms of. (see attachment labelled spreadex). As can be seen, spreadex indicates when NOT the home team assumed to be superior, and assumes home team superior otherwise. Must indicate in the column which team is superior for each event and keep data consistent throughout match. To continue the above example, data should read: Time/Spread betting market Team A supremacy over Team B, Team A's asian handicap odds/Team B's Asian handicap odds, keeping that order even if supremacy chances mid game. So if Manutd are assumed to be superior by spreadex market, for entirety of game, data should be logged as: Time/Spread bet market Manutd supremacy vs Arsenal/ Man Utd Asian handicap odds/Arsenal Asian handicap odds This data should be captured at start of game, every 5 seconds after that, and done for any game where data available on both sites. If markets suspended on either site, should not log that interval. Other notes: • We want the scrapers to store all their historical data in the database, so that we can see odds history. • Attached are some screenshots of what needs scraping Read and UNDERSTAND the project before bidding.
