This project will mine contact information from USA fastpitch softball travel organizations so we can market to the team managers. I want to start with travel fastpitch organizations in a single USA state which I will identify. If we are happy with the results, we will expand the project to get information from other states. Primary information which MUST be gathered includes ... manager name (first & last preferred but last is sufficient), current email address (current travel season which is about to begin in the USA and run through August 1, 2022). Secondary information includes (info to get if available) ... working cell phone number for texting (10 digit USA number), team age division for current season. Lastly, include if available ... organization website, team website, organization/manager address including city and state. This information can be found by simple google searches. Looking for blogs/forums which discuss travel softball. You may use BOTs once you identify websites with relevant information. All information must be compiled in an Excel workbook with row 1 being headers for the information and the data begins in row 2. If satisfied with work, I will add additional states. I will likely hire multiple freelancers and give each one a different state to compare their work. The best freelancer will get future projects.
You will be given some sample websites but you will need to find additional sources. If you are unsure about the relevance of a potential site, you will contact me for confirmation. The goal is to scrape "Actionable" information, which means we want current contact information for true potential customers.
