Hi, I'm quite a hectic person that thinks quicker than I get things done. I am based in London (UK), so it would probably work out better for me if I can find somebody in the UK, to assist me for between 5 - 20 hours a week accordingly. Ideally, I am looking for somebody that can work with me remotely in the long term and build up an understanding of what I do, and also relationships with the people I deal with on an everyday basis. The businesses are still in early stages, but they are moving and I need someone that can work with me to get the everyday tasks completed. I guess somebody to keep me in order, it can be from paying a bill to sending out legal instructions to solicitors, liaising with my accountants and clients. It would probably suit somebody patient and somebody that is driven and gives me a kick up the ass when needed in a nice way!, the business is property and finance related, along with some other stuff. As said the businesses are moving forward at the moment, but I really need somebody to help me keep on top of things and get things done on a daily basis, to really give me some time to get a grip of everything. I'm probably not ready for the high powered PA as yet, but I'd love to hear from anybody that feels they want to work a set amount of hours through the week and can help me really getting some of those tasks crossed off the list. Perhaps the two hour head-start in my time could be an advantage! With the advent of WhatsApp, phone communication is absolutely easier and of course, there is email for written correspondence. Hi Tony, I was interested to read your well-written project description. Although I've been proofreading for many years, in my previous life I was a kick-arse PA and legal Secretary, among other things! I don't want to waste either your time or mine if I am not suitable for the position, so here's a bit about me. My current situation is that I am living in France, but I work remotely for clients all over the world. I am a highly-organised person and pro-active about getting things done (Brian Tracy reference there!). I guess that comes from working to tight deadlines within law firms for many years and being self-driven to get stuff sorted in my self-employment world.
