I run a ride-hailing and on-demand services platform and I’m expanding the frontline team that handles customer questions. The focus is pure customer service: guiding riders, drivers, and service users whenever they need general information or basic assistance. You’ll be answering through three channels—phone (VoIP), email, and live chat—so a clear voice, fast typing, and solid written English are all essential. I already have the systems in place: a cloud PBX for calls, a shared inbox, and a live-chat widget connected to our CRM (think Zendesk/Freshdesk level). Once you’re onboarded I’ll grant full access and a concise knowledge-base so you can hit the ground running. Deliverables I measure against: • Responsive coverage on the assigned channel(s) during your shift • Accurate, friendly answers that match the knowledge-base • A short daily log summarising volume handled and any recurring questions Experience with ride-sharing, food-delivery, or similar on-demand apps is a plus but not mandatory; strong customer-centric mindset is non-negotiable.
