We are a DC based association focused on commercial real estate brokerage, with approximately 2,800 members/designees across the globe, but primarily in North American. We are interested in growing our brand and prospect pool.
In our database we currently have 3,000 prospects. We’d like to substantially increase this number. Currently our member prospects are collected in the following ways: 1.) prospect information is submitted to HQ by our chapters (note: we have 48 chapters); 2.) prospect information is collected by HQ from our outreach efforts (exhibiting and sponsoring at industry events); 3.) prospects interested in membership contact us directly or through our website. The above methods have had marginal success. We want to proactively grow our prospect pool by datamining information readily available in the market place. We can assist in developing a prospect profile, but need assistance mining the information and providing some agreed upon level of vetting.
Part of our association mission is to help market our members to the industry. We have never been able to garner a powerful list of end-users/clients to market our members’ services to. We need to explain the value and benefit of using a brokerage practitioner who has earned our designation and in general increase brand awareness in this target market. We need help developing a vetted list of contacts who require the services our members provide.
