Sync all my vacation rental listings (5 of them) into my channel manager (Rentals United). The job is almost all done.
This is the current status:

9Flats Added. Prices & calendars are synced. Description needs to be optimized. Duplicates to be deleted.
Homeaway Form has been filled out. Wait for call from channel.
Homelidays Not listed in the Channels available to be added.
Booking Listings need to be relisted. Incomplete channel syncing in RU.

Auto reply/Guesty - The PMS needs to be managed, auto reply messages need to be set properly
Other prices: prices for cleaning and extra guests have to be inserted for each property
Damage deposit: inserted
Payment method : inserted
Cancel. policy & pay. + Min/Max stay
The freelancer has to provide availability inside an 8 hours window within the day and available for communication (phone and chat) during those hours. He has to be a teamwork player.
He preferably worked with Airbnb in the past and a channel manager. He/she speaks fluent English and he/she is not afraid of calling the channel in case of emergency.
Bear in mind that for doing this job successfully you need to contact the channels regularly and be in contact with Rentals United. You also need to work with Guesty and if not already done in the past you need to learn it.
Failure of communicating in a timely manner ( max 15 mins wait during working hours) or lack of commitment on the job will result in the end of the contract with no pay guaranteed.
