I would love to apply as a Virtual Assistant! I have 5-year of experience in the customer support industry and Outbound Sales, I also have been a VA in a Real Estate company for a year doing research and telesales.
I was also an Executive Assistant to a CEO of a start-up company doing various tasks from research, data collection and reporting, liaison between contractors, calendar management, and project management. I also have experience in e-mail management as I was an e-mail support specialist. I am positive that I am suited for the role.
I was also a Marketing Assistant and a Transaction Coordinator in a real estate company wherein I help my client close a deal and help her manage her marketing stuff like pulling up leads on Real Acquisition and scrubbing it using macros to make sure it's ready for skip tracing and upload it on Podio and create marketing campaigns.
I was also the Assistant Operations Manager of the Virtual Assistant Agency where I monitor the flow of the business and making sure all communications are smooth and assisting in training and onboarding of new clients.
I am proficient in the tools you have mentioned in the job post which are Google docs, drive, and sheets, GoToMeeting, and Skype. I also use Trello or Asana in managing my tasks and projects.
