Help with Excel mailing list management

I have a database of around 350,000 contacts. so far I have uploaded around 120,000 to [login to view URL] and around 70,000 are valid. The problem is, denounce only return the data with the email not all of the other information I have for that person such as name, phone, dob, state etc. I need to match these up. Then I need to remove all of the ones already scanned so I can scan the rest with denounce. This time we should be able to just copy the email column and status column from debounce, sort A-Z and just keep the verified ones.
