Booking and confirming appointments and managing calendar
General customer support and inbound emails as needed
Assemble key data and report weekly
Conduct research on software and programs to solve problems then present possible solution scenarios
Read inbound information and report minimum effective dose important information
Other duties as needed
Act as personal gatekeeper to the overwhelming amount of inbound correspondence I receive
Prioritize and sort my email inbox 3x per day
Keep water by desk filled
Handle personal scheduling and everyday services (dry cleaning, home contractors, etc)
Your goal is to create time for the CEO. To anticipate needs as they come and see the blind spots he may have missed. Relieve the administrative burden from CEO including all day to day tasks and recurring responsibilities.
You will be acting on the CEO's behalf and representing him and his company.
