Fill in a Spreadsheet with Data

Hello I am looking for someone who has experience designing and programming an intelligent spider/web crawler. Basically the web crawler will crawler through a list of 10 to 30 websites. It will record the details of the properties that are listed for RENT and SALE regarding all type of properties: apartments, villas, office space and so on. It will record the fetched data into a my-SQL database. The my-SQL table will have some of these fields: data recorded, website found, city, square feet, property type, price, and all contact details of the owner(name, phone number, e-mail adress). The script would be used to scrape data from these websites on a regular occasion, updating the database. I want it to be able to know if there is a duplicate and remove it from the data imported. Also there will be some blacklisted information like phone numbers and depending on them it should remove the data. Mind the fact that the categories and the database should be in romanian, but I don`t have a problem in translating them. I want to use a web crawler to minimise data bandwidth and time (ie. I don't want to load images associated with the crawl). I would prefer that the code was written in PHP with the possibility to install it on a server.
