You enter TIME IN and TIME OUT in a spreadsheet. There is 3-5 employees so a total of around 6-10 entries per day x 6 days a week = 36-60 entries a week. There is a backlog of around 20 weeks so total of 700-1200 entries. See attached file. The fields marked in yellow collor should be entered, the rest is calculated automatically by the spreadsheet so no need for you to fill in any other fields. Only the cells highlighted in yellow must be entered.
