We need a spreadsheet created (see attached) to track the detail of our commission structure for both our consultants delivering the work and the business development individuals who are selling the work. We need drop downs in separate columns for the consultant names, business development names, as well as percentage drop-downs for the different iterations of delivery and business development commission structures. We will need about a 20-30 minute kick-off call to go over the details and we will also send all the commission percentages and names, etc. Must have strong Excel skills and communication skills.
