I worked as the Administrative Assistant of an Air Conditioning & refrigeration for the last year
(+12 months), where I managed appointments and calendars, booked meetings with new and
existing clients, and assumed responsibility for telephones and emails, directing individuals
through appropriate channels. The company focused on recruiting patients interested in
bookkeeping, and social media management which all were part of my skill set. Upon being
recruited, I built up a massive database of past and current clients and searched for potential
clients, and also created a website for the first time which increased our sales and engagement.
