This is an open-ended opportunity with the potential for up to 15 hours of work available a week. The job is helping a B2B startup company submit leads and correspond with software vendors and our website users.
The tasks associated with this job could include:
- Routing internal tickets in a help desk tool
- Submitting leads through recommendation tool and Salesforce
- Responding to user’s software inquiries with clarifying questions
- Emailing software vendors on behalf of users
Additional tasks could be added based on our needs and your availability.
