Data Entry - Keyer Specialist

Job Overview This position is part of a production flow that receives completed audio listening diaries from respondents, captures the data images, key enters the data, analyzes and processes the results, and forwards to Reporting to prepare for client delivery. Job Description The KeyerSpecialistroleis responsible for reviewing, determining and entering start times, stop times, station listening information, and/or demographic entries(from a respondent completed diary)during instances when the Keyerroleis unable to enter or interpret the data as recorded. The KeyerSpecialist must use standardized and documented procedures to determine and key the data. The KeyerSpecialist is expected to meet a specified level of processing both for throughput and quality, while meeting production deadlines. The policies and guidelines contained in the documentation must be understood and interpreted in order to administer the required procedures to accurately perform this role. The roles of Keyerand Text Review must be understood and performed during peak periods when the vendor cannot complete workloads in order to meet production deadlines This role may assist with special projects as need to meet critical operations and/or client concerns Job Qualifications High School diploma or GED equivalency(prefer Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree) 1 year experience in a production or related environment Spanish (desired) Proven data entry skills and experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong reading comprehension for documented procedures Computer and typing skills (data entry) Ability to prioritize and organize Proven accuracy and execution, with ability to follow explicit instructions Ability to work in a fast paced production environment and meet delivery deadlines Preferred Skills Attention to Detail Quality Focused Open to Feedback / Coaching Professional Attitude Interpersonal skills Ability to stand, bend, stoop, sit, walk, twist, and turn Ability to lift 30+ pounds Schedule Requirements Type of shift: Day Typically 5 shifts per week, 4 or 6 hours a day(depending on client deliverables) Typically 30hours per week (for six months), 20 hours per week (for six months) Gaps in work hours may be possible during non-peak periods About Nielsen Nielsen N.V.
