I am in need of a Data Entry and Executive Assistant to help with daily tasks. The ideal candidate should have experience in advanced executive support and be able to work more than 20 hours per week. The following tasks will be required:
- Data input and organization: The assistant will be responsible for inputting and organizing data in an efficient manner.
- Advanced executive support: The assistant will be required to handle advanced administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing projects, and handling confidential information.
- Attention to detail: The assistant should have a keen eye for detail and be able to validate and clean data when necessary.
Ideal skills and experience include:
- Advanced administrative support experience
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
