We're in need of a virtual assistant on a fulltime, permanent basis. Your job will mostly consistant of researching venues, times, prices, and contact info, sending and responding to emails, and social media messages, and generally staying on top of everything that has to do with Customer Service from cold emails, to social media messages, to LiveChat on the website. You will need to learn the business model inside and out to help our customers along, and eventually you will be given access to sensitive information, so we're looking for somewhere trustworthy.
A strong command of the English language is paramount. Ideally, a native speaker, but will consider someone who shows a command of proper and colloquial English, and knows when to use either one.
Happy and cheery attitude are important.
